Anja Churchill is an American-Swedish singer-songwriter known for her otherworldly voice and raw, transportive storytelling. With roots in world music and sound healing, she has spent over a decade crafting intimate, atmospheric folk that draws listeners into dreamlike spaces. Her debut EP, Children of the North, released May 2025, is a haunting meditation on death, belonging, and the unseen threads that connect us. Influenced by the quiet intensity of 1960s folk and a life shaped by chronic illness, Anja’s sound is both minimal and deeply emotional. She has performed in Sweden, Australia, Los Angeles, Maine and has recently appeared performed at a showcase in London and Occitanie France. She will be touring her EP in Scandenavia this summer. She is based between Gotland, Sweden and the South of France.

Anja is currently building her presence across intimate venues, sacred spaces, and festivals in Europe and North America. 

Space and stillness laden with emotive folk sensibilities as she sets herself up as a talent to keep on your radar.
