Kundalini Meditation for Prayerful stillness
Each of us possesses an inner wellspring of creativity and inspiration, but all too often it gets depleted by the external stimulus which is bombarding us all the time. It's easy to lose sight of what is truly important.
As healers, yogis, artists, and creatives of all types, we know that we need to disconnect from all of the external noise and reconnect with our inner space to keep our creative work flowing, and our own being happy and sane.
This practice is a powerful way to reset our focus, remove distractions and bring ourselves into a state of stillness and presence which is essential for our authentic creative work.
